Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Domestic (U.S. only).

• Free shipping on orders $150+.

• Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Delivery Time
Transit times vary depending on your location and chosen carrier. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, contact support@saincollective.us within 7 days. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be added in the future.
